Our returns and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and unworn, in the same condition in which it was received
- It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided
Please note that items should be returned to us directly and not to the manufacturer or any third-party vendor.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards and store credits
- Items that have been altered, customised, or made-to-measure
- Any item not in its original condition — damaged, worn, or missing parts — where such condition is not due to our error
PARTIAL REFUNDS

SALE ITEMS
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional event cannot be refunded unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
EXCHANGES

REFUNDS

GIFT PURCHASES

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was shipped to the buyer first and then passed on to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
